For love of all that is holy, DO NOT file dispute on your credit card. The vendor did nothing wrong. And likely you'll lose the dispute anyway, after pissing off the company who has to file the claim with the shipping company. You cannot file the claim, its done by the shipper only. Contact the vendor/shipper, and go from there, you should get compensated one way or another, fedex and UPS are both real good about this kind of thing.
