I see that one coming also. Limit where you are able to shoot lead first and then the next step is lead will no longer allowed to be used to make bullets so the price of bullets will sky rocket before being taxed heavily like cigarettes and alcohol.
A typical gun related conversation in 2020: "What do you shoot?" "A .22 when I can save enough to buy ammo."

They already started with lead shot. First over water, then at water fowl, then some areas dove hunting.
