Nope I read it wrong and they said that if they cancel the order they will charge 5% restock fee.

I want the kit. Maybe, I can send it out of state and leave the magazine somewhere safe until the craziness gets fixed. They do have some other kits that don't have the conversion but some other nice improvements over the other kit.
