Default Charles Daly Field Tactical 12ga

Any opinions on this? I saw one at Big 5 for $229, really lightweight and the pump action was pretty much the perfect length for my arms. I tried a few Mossbergs and others as well, but had to reach uncomfortably far to cycle the action...

Anybody operated one of these? I'm seriously considering picking it up this week...

I don't know anything about this particular gun, but I own a Charles Daly Hi-Power and like it very much. I've built a number of custom 1911s and in one class that I took one of the students had a Charles Daly 1911 and all of us, including the instructor were impressed with it.

I bought some snap caps, and it promptly double fed, but I think it is because they arent 3" long...

Back from the range...sweet Jesus on a pogo stick my shoulder hurts like hell and is red as a brake light...first time with a shotgun in 11 years, and I put 75rds through playing some trap at Cherry Creek...31 out of 75 targets, I'm happy...working tonight will suck something special, though!

This is exactly the same case for Mossburg 500 series 12ga's as compared to the 870.
