    I'm not a huge fan of Fortis with their weird choice of key mod and picatinny rails on the REV.
    I like the REV rail, others that are straight Keymod all look the same. I actually dont even use the keymod part, tried the keymod covers but didn't make a difference really.

    According to Rainier's website the Short "Shift" grip is;

    • One Piece Billet Design
    • Slotted Screws Attachment
    • Aircraft Grade 6061-T6 Aluminum
    • Military Specification Type III Hard Coat Anodized
    • Light weight 2.1 oz

    The MAGPUL AFG is 2.92 oz, AFG2 is 2.53 oz, and the XTM Hand stop kit has no listing for weight, but considering it is 3 1/2 XTM panels with some extra material probably lighter than the Shift.

    "The rifle itself has no moral stature, since it has no will of its own. Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles. --Jeff Cooper"
