Maybe, maybe not. You're not going to find 12 people who want to put a person to death for going through someone's car. Even if you did, how long does it take to actually execute someone on death row? Talk about wasting tax money on prisoners...death row inmates suck thousands upon thousands of dollars a day out of the state. Then you all would be bitching about the drain these death row inmates are on our state.

You still would have to go through a trial, conviction and sentencing to get to that point though, and I think that's djbar2's point. You can't just go around executing people for crimes, kinda goes against one of those Bill of Rights thingies that everyone is so up in arms about protecting.

Just think about the things you say before you say them people.

You are taking my post waaaaay too literal. Maybe I should have spelled it out a bit better. I don't mean actually sentencing people to death thru the courts, I mean if there was a high chance you'd be killed while committing crimes against man, then maybe the risk wouldn't be worth the reward....

Fair enough, and I actually agree with you on that point.

Thank God I took my drink of water prior to reading this, I would have spit it all over my laptop.

From what I heard today, the uninvited occupant of the vehicle appears to have collapsed and died on his own. He wasn't shot or stabbed. An autopsy should clear things up a bit.

Police often for reasons kill people involved in lesser crime. The perps escalate the response.

Sounds like he died after being hit by multiple people http://kmgh.m0bl.net/w/news-world/story/104897992/

Also everyone was intoxicated including the victim who may have thought the car was the one he arrived in. Yes I called him a victim, sounds like he screwed up but had no criminal intentions.

Unless you or i were on the scene, we have no way of knowing. Same for any other "media report". We have all (or most of us) have seen shit go down. yet when in print or tv, the report is nowhere near what we witnessed.

I said sounds like. Yes I am quite aware how the media manipulates the news. However I believe it is quite possible that someone who is under the influence of alcohol could accidentally enter a vehicle. I also believe it is possible for someone to use inappropriate force. In this case the man who died is a victim of his stupidity if the story is accurate. Yes he committed a crime regardless.
