Multiple handgun permits
I'm sure this is just gun shop BS that I was told, but thought I'd check to see if there was any validity to this.
I was told today that if a Colorado resident obtains an out-of-state permit to carry, it would invalidate the Colorado permit.
I suspect this individual was referring to a Colorado resident not being able to carry in Colorado with a non-resident permit from another state, but someone misread the law or was misinformed. The other thing that raised my BS flag is talking about the permit being issued by the state. My permit was issued by Adams County, not the state, so I know he's a bit off on that aspect.
Wait... this was also the same person who said that a pinned magazine wouldn't be legal in Colorado as the ATF wouldn't accept it. Never mind that it's a state, not a federal law so I doubt the ATF would care...
I think there's a pattern here. If there's validity to any of it, let me know.
