hmmm... The Bill of Rights doesn't seem to mention Driving specifically, but it does specifically mention arms and the right to bear them as one that shall not be infringed. How some schmuck equates driving as a "right" is beyond me...Certainly not an inalienable right as is assigned to the right to bear arms.

Yes, owning a gun is a right, driving is also a right but you have to have pass a drivers test to prove competency.
