    Default Bushnell 1-4 x 24mm Scope Rings

    http://www.bushnell.com/all-products...tics/1-4x-24mm

I picked one up for cheap and it didn't come with rings. And I'm looking to mount it to a flat top receiver. I just need some ideas.
So I measured the scope tube and its 1.5inch wide. And I'm not sure what kind of scope rings I should get for it?

    Anyone ever used these scopes?

    Thanks in advance.

You need 30mm rings, Depending on your budget, I'd recommend Burris PEPR mount for the lower $$ or Larue for the higher end. I have both and both are solid but I don't think I'd be comfortable with the Burris quick lever version for repeatability. If you want QD and repeatability go with Larue or Bobro.

I'll echo what XC said... Larue if you can afford it. If not get PEPR

Any Larue rings in particular or what? I was liking the PEPR but I didn't know if it would fit.

With that optic, assuming you're not planning on upgrading to a longer range setup where a 10 or 20 MOA mount would be needed, I'd go with the LT104.

If you're looking for a long range mount or one that gives you the option down the road, then the LT158 gives you 10 MOA if you want more the LT745 makes 20 MOA an option but for some reason the levers are on the right side. I have this mount on my LR AR and it works fine but I'd rather the levers be on the left like the 104 and 158.

Sky is the limit when it comes to the price of mounts. While this scope is MSRP at $150 I found it at a pawn shop for $40. The guy thought it was a Klein tool since it was in a Klein bag. Maybe, I can luck out and find what I need sometime like the Larue for less than a hundred. But the PEPR is going to be my first mount since I seen Bushnell mounting it in their videos.

It's a damn good option for the money, It's done everything I needed it to do on the rifle I have it on.

I have the same reservations on putting a $150 scope in a $200 mount, seems kinda backwards to me too.

Unless kwando gets sick of it and wants to sell it. I hope he gives me first dibs.
