I always chuckle and in a way am envious at Jim's setup... trucks/SUV on his nicely sodded lawn. New car out on the street, and man cave in his detached heated 3 car garage! God bless Jim!!!

You obviously have never open or build anything in Windsor area... Even the zoning dept asks for Jim's permission to zone.
