I would recommend the Wine Experience and Cafe in the Southlands mall. The wine somalier is a fellow AR owner, they have food and drinks available, and they have non alcoholic drinks too!

I think it's a great idea. Typical problems putting it together, people live all over and you can't make them all happy.

I applaud you for your efforts to have a live meet n greet. I'm hoping we can put together a few bbq's this summer. North and South groups separate and then a central one if it goes over well.

Can't promise anything, but keep me in mind for help when the weather gets better.

Might stop by for a glass of wine sometime anyway, if I knew the name of your place......

TAG. I wouldn't mind going downtown and supporting a progun bar instead of a pandering libtard bar like I usually do. Do you have a heated smoking section of sorts?

I'm downtown working with clients frequently and would happily visit your establishment. Like the idea of a get-together as well.

Downtown works for me. I don't get there real often so I'll pony up to park.

I can meet anywhere as long as it is after 7. I think it would be cool to have a ftf.

Sounds fun. But I'm a bit nervous to the whole face to face thing. What if your/everyone else's face is ugly as hell and I can't contain myself or refrain from pointing it out? I like the idea of a wine bar. It would be a step up for me to drink anything other than Busch light out in my garage by myself. As for parking... F#ck it. view it as stimulating the economy or lack their of. What kind of prices we talking here for wine..? Got Boones or Mad dog 20/20? Or just the fancy sh!t You allow CCW's there or probably not at "alcohol" establishment huh?.! I don't travel without my buddy. You got a dress code of some sorts down there? Wife beater and flip flops allowed? I'd wear pants of course.

Bar is Trios Enoteca 1730 Wynkoop Denver. Its SORT OF lodo... meaning we are out of the stupidity a few blocks away. You can probably meter park for $1 per hour. I park in a garage for $6 per night for 10 hours. Stop in any time after 5pm Wed-Sat and ask for Matt. You always have a friendly haven in lodo if you find yourself here. You can even call me and talk about it if you like 303 521 9949.

Shockingly, almost everyone who works here is pro. Thats what gave me the original idea of trying to pull more of us out of our basement-gunshow-match cycle. Maybe we need to start thinking about putting a more public-friendly image on our lifestyles. What if we called ourselves "Cocktails on the 2nd" and met on the 2nd Friday of each month at a prominent location (brainstorming here). I am at ground zero and here to tell ya... they are out and about and making appearances in unrelated circles. We aren't. Its really that simple. Guys, I gotta tell ya: we are worrying about having to pay for parking, and they are all over the place. Seriously, I don't care about meeting in my bar per se, but having a barbeque at one of our "evil gun-packed compounds" or meeting at Chilis in Parker is not what I am talking about here (although I would also host a barbeque). We really need to put on a more friendly public face as a group.

I am not the only one attached to a wine bar, traditionally thought of as havens of the left... lets do something with this.
