    Default Making some progress

Just about got another one put together. Mostly just need a barrel and charging handle. Parts list below picture if anyone is interested.

Shadow Ops Weaponry billet lower (ceracoated in FDE)
Aero-Precision upper (Shadow Ops ceracoated this for me to match the lower)
Troy Bravo battle rail in FDE
    Bravo Company BCG
    ALG Defense Advanced Combat Trigger
    KNS anti-rotation hammer/trigger pins
    Battle Arms Development ambidextrous safety
    Phase 5 Tactical bolt catch
VLTOR Imod stock on six position, mil-spec tube
    Troy Industries sling adaptor
BCM gunfighter mod1 grip (will probably change this out for a black one)

    Nice

Never taken you for a FDE fan though?

Where is the BCM Mod 3 grip in black you snagged from me?

Stuck it on. Didn't like the way it looked with the little duck bill thing. Cut the little duck bill thing off and it looked even worse. Hard for me to explain here. You would have to see it. Basically, I just need to pick up another mod1 next time I'm down at Bowers.

Oh yeah MOD 3 is cheaper as the front pieces are no longer modular, I could see where a billet lower with integrated trigger guard might not fit right.

Bingo. Thought I could modify it to fit like I wanted but it still didn't quite fit just right. Kind I protruded down below the trigger guard a bit.

SO after you cut it and didn't like it you threw it away?
