Legal to receive >15 round magazines due to the Sheriff's pendinng lawsuit?
Forgive me if this has been asked before. My search skills are poor.
A co-worker came in tonight and told me that a local gun shop has told him that they can order a gun that comes with 19 round magazines due to the Sheriff's pending lawsuit. I haven't heard anything other than the laws have passed and we are SOL unless/until they are repealed.
Any thoughts?

Hasn't stop some places from selling mags > than 15.
I've seen a few places that does it openly and has no problem with it. Either that or they break them down into repair kits. Still not legal but I'm not bitching about it.....

Yep moron storm, somebody else that found something in the law that it does not say "you can't sell kits". The only problem is these morons can only seem to find the part in the law that says you can't assemble a magazine. Nothing about selling magazine parts is illegal in the law. I don't even see the word "kits" anywhere. I refuse to comply with added restrictions to a law that don't exist in that law, it only plays into the hand of the democrats that wish they would have included it in said law.
