It would be folly for a non-Christian to attempt to force Commandments 1-4 on non-Christians. However, Christianity, in totality, is the religion being excluded from America, and I assert that it started in earnest in the early 1960s. Christians should have no bewilderment as to the why and how this has occurred. The Bible teaches that the heart of man is wicked and seeks folly at the same time Christ's teachings implore Christians to always be ready to give an account for the hope that is within them. The Bible also teaches that Satan is the great accuser and many Christian scholars believe the wealth and prosperity combined with the American Guilt has been a great tool of Satan. American Christians, at the same time the assault on Christianity started, went fortress and tried to cover sin instead of repenting from sin. The teaching to be "in the world, but not of the world" went the way of the Pharisees and legalistic teachings that condemned the sinner, feared the temptation and reduced God to "Sunday only" came into the Christian culture. One could even make the argument that the American Christian church has failed in the battle and stood by while America crumbled around us.

As for the future, any Biblical scholar, whether a professing Christian or not, will be able to tell you that every nation that attacked God's people (Jews, not Americans), were defeated. Our president is dancing with a Nation that seeks the destruction of Israel. History says that will not go well for Iran, nor the US. A study of Revelations will also reveal strong clues that America is not significant in the end times.

Have a Merry Christmas!
