    Oh. Yeah, I'm not sure what he means by that. He is old though, sometimes he doesn't know what he's talking about I usually set my grill to between 350 and 400 when I cook steaks. 4 or 5 minutes, rotate 45 degress to get some sweet grill marks, cook another 4 or 5 minutes, flip, 4 or 5 minutes, done.

    Yeah, I learned the 5 minutes, flip and 4 minutes from here, and have been following that. Now that I got a grill for Christmas, I imagine we'll be grilling more things since we only had a camp stove before.
