To date, hes only fulfilled 20/514 promises, so EVERYONE should be rating him an F. Unfortunately, many of his objectives/promises will be rated subjectively. Some of his "promises" are downright stupid or worthless, so this will ultimately contribute to his percieved success such as "Push for a college football playoff system". What the hell is the president worried about the college football playoffs when our economy is in the tank! Plus, if the economy does turn around, at what cost to us and future generateions.
