Default NFA Trust questions - Setup

Would this be the right spot to post about NFA trust questions? If not please tell me where to put it.

I am new to the board and was lucky enough to hear about it from the guys over at Bowers. I am very interested in setting up a trust quickly to deal with all this ridiculousness in DC. I have gotten some pricing for a trust but have heard from a number of people that it is easy to just set up your own from a template.

Sorry to be the new guy asking for help but I want to go somewhere with with people that are knowledgable and have a passion for this stuff.

Thanks everyone and looking forward to getting to know more of you all.

I will give you my 2 cents on it. The way I looked at it is that I am dealing with NFA weapons and screwing something up is federal time. That being said I had a lawyer do mine. I don't want any screw ups when it comes to that. I had Rose Pugliese over in Grand Junction do mine for me being she came highly recommended. Working with her was as simple as a few emails and a call. I know that there is a guy who chimes in here that does them as well up north.
There are plenty of people who have done their own. I am just not willing to risk it.

Talk to member NFATrustGuy, he's the main goto trust lawyer here on the board. Buy once, cry once. Do it right and pay the price.
    My Feedback
Credit TFOGGER : Liberals only want things to be "fair and just" if it benefits them.
Credit Zundfolge: The left only supports two "rights"; Buggery and Infanticide.
Credit roberth: List of things Government does best; 1. Steal your money 2. Steal your time 3. Waste the money they stole from you. 4. Waste your time making you ask permission for things you have a natural right to own. "Anyone that thinks the communists won't turn off your power for being on COAR15 is a fucking moron."

Thanks to everyone for the continued support. I've heard from several potential new clients today and I assume that at least a few of them are from this thread or the other new thread on this forum. I always appreciate the new business and do my best to respond as quickly as I can. The closest thing I do to advertising is leaving my business cards with a half-dozen gun dealers so I rely heavily on doing a good job and word-of-mouth.

If it makes anyone feel better, I'm spending a bunch of my NFA Trust money on firearms and reloading equipment! It's probably a good thing I'm not married or I'd be divorced by now!

    Thanks again,

    Rod
No longer accepting new Trust clients. Pretty much out of the law business completely.

I'll be just one more to chime in and back Rod (NFATrustGuy), he did mine as well has 10+ people here at our store and we haven't had ANY problems. He also does GREAT follow up if you have questions about the process after your trust is put together.
