Just heard this- and no, it's not over some waste of time in trying to get rid of Obamacare (although that would be nice later down the line)- Senator Paul is suing the Obama administration over the NSA violations to the 4th Amendment rights of the people. Not doing so as a senator, but as a private citizen... If you wish to join here's the link:
