trot - I appreciate the context of your argument, but your friend could have been as easily struck by a drunken driver, and it was far more likely.
I have no doubt in my mind that MJ makes the "dumb and dumber". However; I do have a question; how many non-afflicted people of sanity actually smoke dope? And of those, how many are habitual users? My guess from my personal observation is not many to the first question (excluding college kids), and even a smaller percentage to the last.
And how do you opine that pot-heads are living "on the teet of society"?
Just as matter of clarification; the picture in my head is not this:
But this....

For those that are bored, a little history...
(Disclaimer: I do not condone using pot, but I also do not see Amsterdam in flames either)

I think whats going on are 2 different arguments:
1. The current Legalization of pot will harm colorado of the old and an influx of new progressive/lib voters will slowly chip away at our rights.
2. Mmj and its effects on society in Colorado. Eg personal health and personal safety on both sides of the arguement.
They seem to be overlapping and people's posts may not be clear as to which arguement.
Maybe I'm just wrong?
I can see both sides of the arguement but it seems like its turning into a "he said, she said" deal. Maybe more clarification in posts. Good responses from both sides.
Correct.
