Default Why would you shop at target and not walmart

We spent the day returning and exchanging the Christmas gifts we didn't want, or didn't fit etc.
5 different items at target, I looked At them at walmart later and every single one was at least 10% cheaper. plus they ad match. Milk is always on sale, walmart always matches it. They match everything, even oil prices at autozone etc...

my wife got a new iPad air for Christmas....she got a best buy gift card and wanted to get a new case. We found one that was $60 and another that was $30. She went with the $30 one. Pic bet her lunch eBay or Amazon Wouk have the same case for a minimum of 50% less. She took the bet, I won. Same case $9.99 on eBay free shipping. I wish it wasn't for that gift card, I would never set foot in a best buy.
All I have in this world is my balls and my word and I don't break em for no one.

    We shop at both, Sniper.

I've not been to a Best Buy in a long time.

I don't really care for Target myself, too bright in there and I don't like the way the stores are laid out. Wife likes them though.

I don't think I've been in a Best Buy, or any equivalent store since high school.

You can't buy ammo at Target. Case closed.

Haven't been to target in years, I'm not sure how they stay in business.

Pretty much the only thing we get at target that is not some big sale item is some of the clothes. IMO a better quality than wal-mart where it seems to be a race to the bottom.

I also avoid going to wally world after 9am. The creatures start stirring after that. I will not buy food at one for the most part as well. Bought some sausage once to try and after cooking it was half gone. I will shop meat sales at Albertsons but most of my food purchases are at King Soopers. The Safeway here is way to high priced for everyday items.

We avoid wally world period. We try to spend the money more locally when we can, which proves to be hard at best. I find the new walmart blue to be repulsive, the 3 cash registers open with 40 minute waits in each unacceptable, and the people in the store, well hell there is a website just about them. Target is classier, but a little more expensive. Not really digging the stores either. One could be called china mart, and the other Mao Mart. When I see them put forth solid effort to bring back jobs to the US, I'll consider being a regular again.
