I would tear down 50% of the prisons in American and wipe the record clear for all those who are in there for drugs or other non violent acts. Then ban all for profit jails esp the ones that lobby congress for new laws to help fill the jails more. You can get a felony for blowing your nose wrong now.

Sad day for Erie. They were good neighbors and I assume were an important part of the Erie tax base.
