Apps disappearing from Eforms?

Had a suppressor that we filed back in early November that suddenly doesn't show up anymore in our pending/submitted list (freaking out a little because it's for MY suppressor). Anybody else seen anything like this happen before?

Sent an e-mail and left a voicemail with them, so hopefully we can get it figured out sooner rather than later, but figured I'd check in with you guys here to see if anybody else has had any experience with an issue like this.

They have been revamping the EFiles, so it may be in their History file. Hopefully.

I wish they didn't have such weird hours, anytime I call it always goes to the "general voicemail" box, and of course, I have yet to received a call-back for any of my messages. Guess I'll just keep trying *sigh*
