A car alarm is to notify people that a car is being broken into right?

If it goes off lots, just keep calling DCSO every time it does, you are however a concerned citizen. After enough reports of the same car's false alarms things should sort themselves out.

I must be the only one hoping his douche neighbors get worse. I wanna see how he tops this one. It might involve explosions, SWAT callouts, barricades, hundreds of news vehicles, the feds.... Who knows?

A guys car was doing the same thing one winter in college. Someone got annoyed enough a put a water hose up into his engine compartment all night. It didnt take long to kill the alarm and his car was a solid block of ice in the morning. Took many days for it to thaw out. Funny as hell.

I had that alarm situation happen with a neighbor and it sucked. I fixed it by offering to pull the cables off the battery. Honestly most people don't have the brains or skills to know how to solve that problem. Which that will solve some alarm problems but not all. Yours sound like douche bags.
