    Default Looking to barrow

Does anyone have a McMillan M40 A3-A5 Rifle Stock for a Remington 700 That they might be willing to loan out?
I own a composite shop and would like to copy a stock for my rifle, also at the same time I would be able to make some light changes and produce them our self’s for a cheaper price. With the idea of helping everyone out there that would like this style stock, be able to afford one a little easier. Our process will not damage your existing stock at all. Please let me know if you might have something also if you might think this would be a good idea. We also do Carbon fiber work if you want to do some on your rig(s) please feel free to visit our web site www.renagadecomposites.com

Are your machines as good at making products as your spelling?

How would you duplicate the interior dimensions? The in-letting if you will? What material would you make them (stock) out of. Would you have it a solid peice of material or over a foam type base? Or solid "composite" inside and out?

At this time I could not tell you what I am going to use as a final product, for a proto-type I am hand carving one out of woold and then I will have to make the In-lay area a little big and glass bed the full length of the stock to get the exact shape of the reciver and action area. Atleast thats what I am thinking know just to get the mold to make a real part. If everything goes good it should be a pretty close fit.

We're a vicious group here, but it really is all meant in good natured fun (even for the target; I know this as I've been the target before!)

Sorry that I can't help with your request - no Rem 700 guns or parts in my house.... yet.
