This case I was outside on my lawn with handheld shears doing yardwork and the other person was in his car. We were having a "discussion", and he told the court he was afraid, and the Aurora magistrate agreed that he was menaced.

Well, not too bad... misdemeanor menacing. City Summons, $500 fine seized the gun that he guessed (50/50 chance of it being silver wow same color as clippers) that I had that I never had on my person, and 12 months un sup probation

Negative. Which was funny because I got a not guilty for unlawful display of a firearm that I have the accuser admitting to the detective that he lied about me pulling a gun on him.
