Glad nobody was injured. I think she needs to have that ccw permit revoked at the very least.

Are there no laws for negligent discharge of a firearm in that area? I can't even shoot a rabbit chewing on my Christmas lights with an air rifle without worrying the PD will show up.

I'm sure it was exactly this. As for yanking her permit or other repercussions, same thing should happen to her as would happen to any other person. Likely pay for damages and move on with life. Unless someone wanted to press charges that is, think back to the thread on a ND in Boulder that turned into a loss of gun rights.

Guys, if you want tolerance you have to be tolerant. The party affiliation should not matter. She is Pro-Second amendment and regardless of party should be supported. It was an accident that she acknowledged and any of us could make in a senile moment. She got lucky nobody was hurt. If she tried to hide it, voted against guns while carrying, etc... Go for it. A vote for the Second Amendment rights is a vote for Second Amendment rights. It does not matter what party you are with. The laws we defeated last year were not because of an R vote it was because of a D vote or lack there of. I get tired of both sides being holy'er than thou and ready to drive the bus over people they agree with because of a lable. Niether side has all the answers.... From what I see, both sides combined don't even have half the answers!!!

What? Is anyone denying that you can empty a firearm by pulling the trigger, over, and over, and over
