The staff was concerned about him since he signed up. While I didn't expect him to cut his own throat so quickly, to say it was completely unexpected would not be accurate.

We received one "reported post" flag for his post. Frankly, I think anyone reading it should have reported it, not just one person.

As a team we jumped to fix this. He was given a chance but chose to modify his profile with a snarky comment that we couldn't overlook & severed his association with this site. We won't have other members of this site or others outside of this community thinking we tolerate such behavior and attitudes.
