They are still here, just diluted.I went to a Mountain Man Rendezvous with my dad in 1989. It was very cool. I especially liked the tomahawk throwing. To bad more people don't assimilate to where they move. People are lazy and that stuff is just to much work.
Regarding the illegals...I saw a "U.S. Border Patrol" cap at the gun show yesterday. I got a seriously dirty look from another pattron when I said that wearing it around Colo Spr would create quite a stir.
I never understood why folks move from one place to another under the pretense that they like what the new place has to offer better than what they left, only to change the new place into exactly what they left.
Embrace the historic Colorado culture while you can because it won't be around for our grandkids to enjoy. (Exception: those of you with grandkids already)
