Every day all day. I have a similar growth on the front of my tibia as well that is sort of visible in one of the side views. I guess it is where some of the tendons attach or something, that calcifies as well.

I've got some of a 5" long tumor inside my distal femur. And 3 MRIs with torn discoid lateral meniscus, torn ACL, torn MCL (these last two I only found out about recently and they apparently healed on their own) , and signs of chronic chrondromalacia in all of them. Fun times.

I tore something in my left elbow and right shoulder last summer, still haven't seen a doc about it. Both are still troublesome, the shoulder more so than the elbow. Think they will heal on their own?
