I wonder if they had guys grabbing boxes of ammo and taking it up front? They also started selling firearms there too.
I don't make the rules. I just think them up and write them down.
I often paid for my ammo at the main checkout when I had other shopping to do.
The locked cases came in when the counter was remodeled for the gun sales.
