So they can use their card to take out cash from their unemployment benefits at the pot shop ATM, buy pot with the cash, then according to a flyer I got they can use their SNAP portion on the card to buy Papa Murphy's pizza to help with their munchies.

Assistance should be for what you need to SURVIVE. The fact that at least a third of what I earn goes to "help" people that have nicer new cars then I do is upsetting enough but them getting high/drunk on my dime is bull shit.
