Default Russians cleaning house before Olympics (Vid of house being demolished)

Video of Russian security forces "cleaning house" with extreme prejudice. Dudes (and allegedly a "trained" female suicide bomber) inside didn't stand a chance!
No gore, but a BMP crashing the gate, some AK-74 and some LAW type rockets being dished out.

(sorry, I could not manage to embed the video even after trying to copy the .mp4 link from the source)

Such as? (Genuinely curious, not being sarcastic/smart-ass) The first thing that comes to mind is: If the authorities (police) of any country decide you gotta die, it's not going to matter much what cool rifles you have inside your house. Obviously US police tactics have a long way to be stretched before they turn into Russia's very much paramilitary police, but still.

Don't try to bunker up. Keep a means of egress available.

No they don't. I'm not trying to bash law enforcement but this type of thing, sans rockets, isn't a stretch of reality at all.

Have a look at some of the pictures of the Waco incident. I'd say the Russians are the ones that have a ways to go before they catch up...

I see what you mean, but then Russians do this (at least in the Caucasus) about every week I imagine. Breslan school might have been the only time they showed restraint (and then I don't even know too many details) because it was all school kids; then again there was NordOst theater where they merrily gassed everyone kids included.

Considering the final stage of the LAPD-rogue with the cabin in the mountains and after seeing boston marathon street searches, it's hard to argue against you and Blacklabel.

ETA: oh and I misspoke earlier, I do believe that US police are paramilitary at this point in most regions, however what I meant to say was that it'd be a stretch before they just shot wholesale into a building to remove suspects. Again, I stand corrected regarding this early thought after considering boston (the boat) and LAPD-guy.

Vladamir Putin said he would annihilate all of the terrorists. Does anyone doubt that he meant what he said?

Unlike US politicians, Russian leaders like Putin are pretty honest when it comes to making threats.

    +1

Based on recent incidents; they would have set it alight and roasted marshmallows...

And that is why I respect and maybe actually like them more. Politicians here talk so much shit and have no idea what they are talking about half the time. Obamacare, safe act, enough said.
