    That needs a standard carbine buffer (3 oz) and spring . Yes it should run all types of ammo, but subs will need A1680 powder to cycle unsuppressed. Other powders probably wont generate enough gas to cycle at sub velocities.

    1680 is the only powder that I get reliable cycling of my subsonic rounds. I have a carbine length gas system slightly opened up. Other than the subs it chews through everything without a hitch.

    got it fixed now, SA bcg along with the BCM extraction upgrade kit and she ran great using all sorts of Super sonic ammo

    Carbine length gas is going to be real difficult to get subs to run reliably, pistol length works much better in that regaurd. That said, if you open up the gas port on the barrel, you should be able to get it there, but it's going to be slamming the action pretty hard with supers after doing so, I'd recommend an adjustable gas block to make it tunable for the load.

    I used standard carbine buffer and spring in mine and with the pistol length gas system and an adjustable gas block it runs reliably with both subs and supers.
