Default Looking for a new job in sales, any help is appreciated

So a quick background. I was a chef for 15 years in small to very large restaurants. I'm very capable of handling high stress situations, multi-tasking etc. I've been in sales for almost 2 years and have been doing very well by my companies standards, 1 million in sales in the first 12 months employed and 1.3 million in the first calendar year. I'm looking to make a change into a company that has less micromanagement.

I'm confident that I could sell just about anything but would only take a job selling something I believe in, and and am interested in. Basically I'm looking for a solid company that I can settle into for the long run and start making moves eventually to get back into management.

If anyone has any leads or ideas I'm all ears. I'm sick of leaving work pissed off 60% of the time, the money just isn't worth it now that I have a kid. Let me know guys....any help is appreciated greatly.

    THANKS!

Hrm, maybe. Don't know if it's exactly what you're looking for, but perhaps marketing coordinator?

I was a chef at the Tuscany restaurant in the Loews Denver hotel. I miss cooking a lot but not in a hurry to go back.
I hope you find something that makes you happy.

As long as you have good reserve and ready to be independent, look into becoming Loan Originator or Realtor. When I started out 10 years ago, my first 2 months I was building up my pipeline and didnt take home any $. Third month, I got a 32k check and I never looked back.
