My personal favorite parts- at 4:07... I started laughing at 3:56 when he says "go to someone who has a drill press", and fell out of my chair at 4:07 when he did it again, an mentioned "industrial areas"...
At this point, we know just what kind of idiot we're dealing with... much like the video Sturving posted.

so are drill presses regulated in CA? are they only allowed to be operated in "industrial areas"?
