Color me surprised. The Justice Department started being totally corrupted under Clinton's watch (gee, guess who was the Dep AG then) and has become thoroughly politicized under AG Holder. We've gone from selective non-prosecution of the New Black Panthers to bogus prosecution of political opponents or people who inconveniently reveal the truth. It's bad enough with the prosecutors acting like the Red Queen and deciding what words mean on the fly as it suits them but judges and law professors no longer feel compelled to actually use historical context or the black and white letter of the law (see other thread about illegal immigrants).

Someone should do a parody of "No More Kings" and mount Obama's head in place of George III's ...
