Depending on the sumo, <65mph they're a blast! >65mph and you feel like you're on a moped on the freeway.

The day my streetbike came home:

2005 GSXR 1000 - Had 1400 miles when I bought it last year.

Now has an Akrapovic Slip on, PCIII USB, Morimoto H-1 HID kits for both bulbs, braided brake lines, WC Case covers and sliders...
It's stupid how much fun this bike is to crank on.

No pictures of my latest one just yet. Picked up a 1998 WR400 that I am going to Sumo. Came with a title and everything. Already got a 05 YZ450F carb bought and jetted to swap onto it.

    BMW f700GS
    Yamaha XT 225

    Thinking about a garage shuffle.
The BMW is a great bike but Its my wife/visitor bike and $10k is a lot to just collect dust most of the year. Considering selling the BMW and picking up a buell blast for the same duty on the cheap. The XT is a neat trail bike but gutless. Considering giving up on trail riding, or trading for a drz400 or something in that neighborhood.

My main bike is a 2012 Ducati Diavel

I also have a "Modern Classic". I wanted one of these when they came out in '98 but I opted for another bike. Found this last year and am in the process of "restoring" it. Not that it needs much or needed much. Mostly routine maintenance, still needs a few minor things! Its not mint, it wasn't a garage queen, but for as old as it is, its a solid 8 out of 10 and completely stock down to the stock turn signals.

That will probably be my next purchase. I want the carbon fiber edition or whatever they call it.

Well not much different than my prior one but better mods and much nicer shape. I've always loved the look of the "naked" style bike so I couldn't really pass this up. Plus it looks show room new

I've since sold the R6 and also purchased a Yamaha TTR 125 for a little extra off road fun.
