    I called tech support. They said to send it in and they will repair or send a new one. It arrived in Erie this afternoon, and they said it should be a one day turnaround. Hoping to get it back by Saturday....this stock is starting to get pricey!

    Will do. I'm hoping USPS "finishes" the delivery tomorrow. Otherwise it'll be Monday.

    All my google-fu, I've never found this problem. Guess I'm lucky! Hoping to score a low round mag(just to even out shipping).

    Called tech support, the guy (singular) was out until the 12th, I emailed magpul, a rep emailed be back saying it went to a different dept for warranties and should be shipped today or tomorrow but I should get an email upon shipping. So hoping for email confirmation. All is well so far.

    Personally for a company with so many moving parts I'm pleased. Also in light of them moving.

    Well it arrived today! No extra little goodies, oh well. Installed in 1min. Works good nice n snug. Yay!
