    More symbolic than actually legally binding..

    I still want to see a state (WY/FL) actually provide for the defense of someone in their state being prosecuted under federal law.

    A nice step in the right direction. At least its an idea of the types of things we need to pass when we take over the legislature here

    Is that the same federal government that isn't prosecuting anyone in Colorado for violating federal law by possessing marijuana.
