DONE!!
Man I really like this thing, it is so comfortable and feels great in your hand.
I ended up taking it back apart and putting it back together at least a dozen more times making sure everything fit just right. I hand filed, ground and hand sanded for about 4 more hours on it. I threw it on the router table and put a 45 degree chamfer (bevel) on it and then did a final sanding with 800 wet, then 1000 wet sand paper. Then final assembly. I oiled all contact points and the two small ball bearings that the blade runs on when opening. I used a spot of blue lock tight on all screws to be sure they would stay where they belong.
