The number of denials on a BG check is irrelevant to the law being unenforceable. The unenforceable part is that the police cannot be sure that a gun was transferred with a BG check.

For the record, I was denied once two years ago, I later got cleaned with a appeal that took one month, the gun i want was long gone. The reason from CBI was "random error", like I randomly because a criminal?

Sorry to hear that. The beauty of computers. I wonder if CBI rechecks denials, just to make sure it isn't some sort of internal error. Or ever approvals for that matter.

I know my first purchase I forgot to enter all 3 middle names I have. Oops!

But had you really needed a firearm for personal protection, and were denied, you could have "Randomly became a victim".

I was born on Andrews AFB. It seems to be an issue for CBI. Sometimes it goes through fine, other times they come back and require a city name (what do you do there? Just pick a town close by?) and once it was denied.

    Government. One size fits none.

My drivers license says something different than my SS card (and my real name) and I have surprisingly not had trouble buying guns.

Just go with Camp Springs, MD in PG county. What would you do if you had been born in a base that was BRAC'd? Those places don't even have zip codes any more.
