The number of denials on a BG check is irrelevant to the law being unenforceable. The unenforceable part is that the police cannot be sure that a gun was transferred with a BG check.

Sorry to hear that. The beauty of computers. I wonder if CBI rechecks denials, just to make sure it isn't some sort of internal error. Or ever approvals for that matter.

But had you really needed a firearm for personal protection, and were denied, you could have "Randomly became a victim".

Fortunately, we have access to a number of FFL's whose words and actions are in alignment. Thus we don't have to do business with people that like to talk out of both sides of their mouth to make a buck.

I prefer FFL's who give PC statement to the media to keep themselves from being made an example of yet sell 30rd magazine "repair kits" vs. those FFL's who talk a big game about 2A rights/F Hickenlooper and then don't sell things like 30rd magazines repair kits. I'll tell you that.

I was born on Andrews AFB. It seems to be an issue for CBI. Sometimes it goes through fine, other times they come back and require a city name (what do you do there? Just pick a town close by?) and once it was denied.

Just go with Camp Springs, MD in PG county. What would you do if you had been born in a base that was BRAC'd? Those places don't even have zip codes any more.
