    Other citations indicate that the high schoolers considered it "Hick Day", to make fun of the gun toting, Duck Dynasty redneck types. I don't know about foreigners, but I consider that offensive. Sounds like they're already liberally indoctrinated.

    School administration can't even back up their descisions. Hell why even teach American history in schools? Better yet let's all wear white robes and masks. We don't want someines skin color to offend anyone.
