What's the issue with the dies?
How many powder & bullet combos have you used?

If it helps, my buddy got back to me with this (he's using RCBS dies).
With regards to 280 AI, I am getting very good results with IMR 7828 powder with Berger 140 grain VLD’S and Nosler 150 grain “Long Range Accubonds” ( Nosler ‘s new bullet design) …..Also using Winchester large rifle primers along with fire formed Norma brass.. Sub moa at 100 yds with very good velocity, 3317 FPS and 3155 FPS for the latter out of a 27 inch barrel… Hope this helps
I used 58 grains IMR 4831 under a Hornady 139 BTSP.
The round will anchor a deer in it's tracks.
I used Redding 280 Ackley Improved Full length dies.

My brother had a hell of a time finding a load that was happy in his regular 280 Rem, but he did eventually find one that is a hammer. (also a hunting rifle)
I'll see if I can get his data, but I know he's using Hornady dies.
