Westminster Tissue Creeper

yup-the park I live in has no soliciting posted at the entrance and they all seem to miss it. I told the tissue creeper it wasn't allowed and even told him I was calling security (which we don't have )
and they just continued on their quest.

If they solicit in Aurora, they need to have an ID from the city, and on the application it says to abide by the no soliciting signs and that they need to wear the ID while conducting business. I am sure a complaint to the department of the city that issues these ID's/permits would get the permit revoked.
