HA. I lectured my sons DR about that the other day when he asked. Told him it was none of his business and got the beginning of a "Its a child safty issue.." speech.

When I cut him off and said "If its a child safety issue than why didn't you ask how I secure my household cleaners or if I have a hot tub?"

Blank stare.. Hahaha

Wife said why didn't they ask you if you had outlet covers on all your outlets? Or if your medicine cabinet has locks on em?

Steak knives? you know that Knife block needs to be away from children. I think I would just leave all that stuff on the stupid questionnaire blank from now on. You want some information about my child's health? Look it up in his records!
