I don't know if it's her intestines that are blocked up, because she is pooping normal. It's been a little less quantity recently because she hasn't been able to hold anything down. It could be very possible that something else is in her stomach, even from months ago. She had to have eaten that piece of rubber more than 3 or 4 months ago! My other Pit Brutus ate a toy too, and puked up a massive chunk later on. He never had this kind of vomit though. We are packing Roxi up into the car and taking her to the vet as soon as the baby is packed up too. Thanks everyone for your generosity, I will send you my email address.
