Default The EPA now sets bounderies for Indian Reservations?

This does not seem to be what the EPA is for. Isn't there other federal agencies in charge of this type of thing?

Is the EPA exceeding its authority?

The EPA is another one of king Obama's weapons in the arsenal.

The EPA is more or less why I closed up shop on my business. $37, 500 per day for some jumbled rule ain't worth it.

Flip side is , this is how their land was taken from them.
HOWEVER the EPA was acting without jurisdiction, or any other legally bound Law. Today a tribal gifting, tomorrow our homes.
