We got maybe 30" over the whole weekend, lost power for 8 hours. And now we have rivers of water and holes full of mud.

hardly anything up north here. lots of rain.

some parts flooded out...helped a chick today who pulled off the side of the road and got stuck.

other than that, no problems and the moisture is welcome!

In Westminster we got around 8" of snow on the ground, probably at least that much in rain. A TON of moisture this weekend. Things are looking pretty green around Metro Denver.

down in the banana belt, we only got 2-3" of snow... but it rained for around 36hrs solid... not a hard rain, but not drizzle, either... everything was very wet

there was some "thundersnow" in COS, even 3 tornadoes spotted to the east of COS...

because it's warm and dry area even though the surrounding area are typically wet and cold.. something to do w/ the location at the foothill shielded from the rain etc etc.. banana tree can grow easily there, and latinos do prefer it due to the warm weather. Mtn Man seems to know more about how those two connect.
