Mossberg 930 SPX Auto

Anyone have experience with these. Saw one today with 18.5" barrel, tactical rail, ghost ring and front fiber optic sight! Pretty sweet gun and wanna know if I could switch out the barrel for something like a 26" or so for camping/hunting so I can have a nice home defence shotty and a nice camp shotty!!

I have one, love it. Nice and cheap alternative to the FN. AS far as swapping barrels im not sure.

I had mine as my home Def shotty for a while, but then surrendered to the old thinking that in a time of panic or late night, 2am wakeup with prowler in my home that i would revert back to old faithful, my mossy 590-A1 pump...never fails, always cycles and most importantly, I WOULD TRUST MINE AND MY FAMILIES LIFE TO IT.

Why not go with the 930 Field/Security Combo? You can always get the sights as add-ons. That's what I'm looking at next for a possible 3-gun / duck gun.

Just got mine w/18 inch barrel and got a chance to shoot it today. Very smooth compared to my 500. Going to get the 28" barrel from Mossberg and a Edwards recoil reducer. Couldnt find the combo in stock anywhere, so decided to go this route.
