Mission Viejo - Aurora

How's the Centennial area just south of aurora?

I live just south of Smoky Hill and Tower rd. It's technically Centennial and it's pretty nice. Plenty of houses in the Smoky Hill neighborhood around $200k.

I was living in CC school district when I was in HS. As people said, it was a good neighborhood back then.
Mission Viejo area has few apartment which attract few weirdos into good neighborhood. I think South of Smoky Hill area is nice, but I think they are Centennial now. Before I moved to Thornton area, I was looking at a Murphy Creek part of Aurora. It is very quiet neighborhood, but there are only few roads (mainly Gun Club rd, Jewell, maybe 6th) to get into main City of Aurora. I thought it will probably create traffic in few years.

Lastly, there are very few small section even on Middle and North of Aurora area. They are very remote and very few.

If I can remember:
-Very few areas in Parker and Hempden
-Very few areas near East of Jewell and Havana
-North East of Chamber and Alameda (near court house. Few new housings)
-Maybe few miles radius of Tower area near Eaglecrest HS
-Maybe near Buckley and Iliff near Rangeview HS

Yea we live in Broomfield now but the housing market is a frenzy up here. Too many buyers and not enough sellers. So prices are being driven very high. Hence why I'm looking for alternatives.

my financial advisor used to live in Mission Viejo, they moved after they had a random drive by shooter blast up their home. this was a few years back.

at one time i lived at illif and buckley seemed ok at the time, but that was 12 years ago.

If it is not work related or commute related, how about 80602 area of Thornton? That is where I live right now. Price is lower than North side of Broomfield/Westminster area.
Price might be slightly higher than Mission Viejo, but newer and quieter.

I go to Aurora at least twice a mo. to see my mother. She lives East of I-225 and Iliff. Traffic in Aurora is 3x crazier than 120th stretch from Broomfield to East of Thornton

We have been looking in this zip code as well. Coming from California- driving doesn't bother me. So we are just looking for a nice area with a nice home. Just not much on market right now.
